Job summary

Eureka Landscapes is seeking a hands-on Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our full-time team in the Greenbank/Flagstone/Jimboomba/Logan area of Queensland. You will work under a Foreman to help deliver high-quality landscape construction projects.

This role focuses on reading site plans, installing hardscape and softscape elements, and maintaining safety on site. A physically fit team player with a current Manual Licence and White Card is ideal.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in landscape construction or similar outdoor labouring work.
• Ability to read and interpret basic site plans (training can be provided).
• Good understanding of safe work practices and use of tools/equipment.
• Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• A current driver's licence (manual preferred).
• Construction White Card (required).

Responsibilities

• Follow Foreman/Leading Hand instructions to complete assigned landscape construction tasks.
• Read and work from site plans and drawings.
• Assist with site preparation, set-out, and installation of hardscape and softscape elements.
• Construct retaining walls, pathways, garden beds, turf areas, and other landscaping features.
• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carry out planting, mulching, and other horticultural tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised worksite in line with WHS requirements.
• Support other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
