Job summary

SureGreen is offering an apprenticeship that combines hands-on learning with a wage, designed to help you start a hands-on career outdoors. You'll work with a Team Leader, learn day-to-day landscape maintenance, and gain the skills to grow into a leadership role while earning a wage.

By completing Certificate III in Parks & Gardens, you’ll earn a nationally recognised qualification and clear pathways to progress into a Team Leader role with great benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Parks & Gardens or working towards it.
• Willingness to learn and work outdoors.
• Team player with reliability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day landscape maintenance operations under a Team Leader.
• Assist with maintaining parks and garden spaces and using equipment as directed.
• Develop leadership skills and progress toward a Team Leader role.
