Job summary

SureGreen is seeking a Team Leader in Australia to oversee daily operations, mentor apprentices, and perform hands-on horticultural tasks. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar landscape role.
• Certificate in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience.
• White Card and understanding of WHS and sustainable environmental practices.

Responsibilities

• Minor construction activities – mowing, hedging, pruning, general horticultural work, etc.
