Job summary

Growing Well gardens currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced worker to join our team. You will be working alongside our highly skilled and qualified tradespeople continuing, or developing and mastering your trade.

You are: An experienced landscape gardener / landscape tradesperson capable of quality maintenance. Having a strong interest in garden and landscape industry.

Qualifications

• Ability to undertake manual/physical work.
• Previous experience in the landscaping industry.
• Genuine interest in landscaping with attention to detail.
• Punctual, reliable and energetic with strong time management.
• Confident communicator with good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• To assist in general maintenance, renewal and renovation of gardens, landscapes and vertical gardens to the required standard, in a timely manner.
• Building residential contemporary gardens, and vertical gardens, new garden beds, and planting.
• Grass cutting, edges and hedging.
• General tidying up and rubbish removal.
• Assure work is performed to a high quality standard.
• Operate plant/equipment efficiently and safely. And capacity to also work unsupervised and ensure satisfactory completion of assigned duties.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• To assist in general maintenance, renewal and renovation of gardens, landscapes and vertical gardens to the required standard, in a timely manner.

Or you are a person seeking to commence a new/continue an existing apprenticeship. Complete study if apprentice and on job components to meet qualification requirements for Cert III Landscaping.

To be successful you will need to have the following:

• Ability to undertake manual/physical work
• Have previous experience within the industry ie. prior training.
• Genuine interest in landscaping. Be punctual, reliable and energetic with attention to detail.
• Good, strong work ethic and time management skills. Be a confident communicator.
• Have own reliable transport optional.
