Job summary

Origin Energy in Brisbane seeks a Drafting Coordinator to support the Land Access team, coordinating contracts, governance and commercial administration for petroleum and gas activities.

You will help draft, vary and renew land access agreements, maintain templates and records, and guide stakeholders through compliance processes while driving efficient, accurate delivery across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating contracts, agreements, governance processes or administration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a complex environment.
• Strong documentation and procurement governance capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams.
• Attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate land access and commercial agreements and statutory notices.
• Manage contract governance, documentation, approvals and execution processes.
• Maintain agreement templates, records and administrative processes.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on land access and compliance obligations.
• Interpret contracts, legislation, policies to identify land access pathways.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burden.
