Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Land Coordinator to provide administrative, coordination, and field support to the Land Access & Engagement team on a major infrastructure project in Melbourne. You will help with stakeholder communications, landholder engagement, and property access, while gaining exposure to easement processes and project delivery through mentoring and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Qualifications or practical experience in property, business, agriculture, environmental studies, communications, project management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident verbal and written communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel throughout regional Victoria as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate landholder communications, meetings, property visits, and access arrangements.
• Prepare, track, and manage project documentation and stakeholder records.
• Support land transactions, maintain registers, track milestones, and assist with document execution.
• Attend site visits and field activities for property access, surveys, and inspections.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.
