Job summary

Origin Energy is seeking a Drafting Coordinator to support land access across Integrated Gas operations. You will coordinate agreement preparation, contract governance and compliance, ensuring land access arrangements are processed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

Bring coordination, administration and commercial skills to draft, vary and renew property and land access agreements, while guiding stakeholders and improving processes within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating contracts, agreements, governance processes or administration activities within a complex business environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing stakeholder requirements.
• Confidence with detailed documentation, contracts and procedural requirements.
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, vary and renew land access agreements and notices.
• Coordinate agreement preparation, governance and compliance activities across Land Access teams.
• Maintain templates, records and administrative processes to support delivery.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on land access and execution processes and compliance obligations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burden.
