Job summary

FindMeA Pty Ltd is seeking a Water Industry Worker in Thornlands to join a practical, hands-on crew servicing water and wastewater networks. Start in a temporary role with a strong path to permanency and local government experience, while learning from an experienced team.

Expect early mornings, outdoor work, and opportunities to develop skills in the water industry. You will need a White Card and MR Licence, plus relevant plant tickets are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, maintenance, civil labouring or similar hands-on work.
• Willing to learn and get stuck in.
• MR Licence and White Construction Card are essential/desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with water and wastewater network maintenance and repairs.
• Working with pipes, valves, hydrants, pumps and other equipment.
• Getting hands-on with tools, small plant and general labouring duties.
• Working safely alongside a supportive, experienced team.
• Helping keep job records and operational information up to date.
• Delivering great service to the community.

We're on the hunt for a Water Industry Worker to join the team in Thornlands! This is your chance to get your foot in the door with local government, work alongside an experienced crew and potentially turn a temporary gig into something permanent. Not a bad deal, right?

WHAT'S THE JOB?

• Assisting with water and wastewater network maintenance and repairs
• Working with pipes, valves, hydrants, pumps and other equipment
• Getting hands-on with tools, small plant and general labouring duties
• Working safely alongside a supportive, experienced team
• Helping keep job records and operational information up to date
• Delivering great service to the community

• $41.19 per hour
• 7am - 3.45pm Monday to Friday
• Every second Friday off as an RDO
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
