Job summary

iStaff Australia is seeking Civil Labourers in Sydney to join a leading civil services team serving the wastewater industry. You will assist in bricklaying, demolition, patching and repair work in outdoor storm water channels as part of a skilled civil construction crew.

Applicants should hold a White Card, have experience on construction sites with hand and power tools, be willing to work in confined spaces, endure hard manual labour, and pass a drug and alcohol test.

Qualifications

• White Card is required.
• Experience with bricklaying, demolition and construction is a PLUS.
• Willingness to work in Confined Spaces.
• Experience with hand and power tools on construction sites.
• Willingness to do hard manual labour.
• Must pass drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Support bricklaying, demolition, patching and repair work in outdoor storm water channels.

Due to a strong pipeline of projects secured for the next 10+ years, they are currently seeking Civil Labourers to join their growing team.

The Role:

Be a part of a team working in the civil construction crew within the wastewater industry. Assist in bricklaying, demolition, patching, and repair work in outdoor storm water channels.

Selection Criteria:

• White Card
• Experience with bricklaying, demolition, and construction is a PLUS
• Willingness to work in Confined Spaces.
• Experience with hand and power tools and working on construction site
• Willingness to do hard manual labour
• Will pass a drug and alcohol test
