General hands‑on labouring, including ladder work, site setup, vehicle spotting, and facility repairs .

Operating machinery, conducting forklift movements, and supporting rigging or EWP operations (if ticketed) .

Need: Safety Ticket: Construction Industry White Card. Fitness: Physical fitness for active outdoor labour and willingness to pass a pre-employment physical assessment .
