Foundation Recruitment is seeking experienced civil labourers for a landmark Stapylton project on the Gold Coast. You will assist with pipe laying, concreting, site prep and broad civil works across a major infrastructure site.

Ideally you hold a White Card with Confined Space and Working at Heights, plus machinery tickets. Reliable transport to site and fitness for outdoor work are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum civil labouring experience on construction sites.
• White Card mandatory with Confined Space and Working at Heights training.
• Reliable transport to Stapylton site and ability to work outdoors.
• Physically fit and able to work long shifts in varying conditions.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork spirit; machinery tickets are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with pipe laying, concreting and site preparation.
• Contribute to earthworks and general civil works on site.
• Support operators and crews during 12-hour shifts.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping on the Stapylton project.

Skilled Civil Labourer - Stapylton, Gold Coast

Be part of a major civil infrastructure project shaping the Gold Coast!

You’ll be working on significant civil works including:

• Construction of 15km of new sewer rising and gravity mains, diverting sewage flow from six existing pump stations
• Building two new pump stationsand decommissioning redundant ones
• Installing flow metersand a chemical dosing facilityat an existing pump station
• Undertaking earthworks and landscapingto complete the project

About the Role

We are seeking experienced civil labourersto join our Stapylton team. You’ll assist with pipe laying, concreting, site preparation, and general civil works across this large-scale project. If you can commit to 12 hours a day then this is the job for you!

What We’re Looking For - IMMEDIATE START!

• Previous civil construction or labouring experience
• White Card (mandatory), Confined Space, Working at Heights
• Reliable transport to Stapylton site
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
• Machinery tickets (excavator, skid steer, roller, etc.) highly regarded
