Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Australia is seeking a Laboratory Technician/Assistant – Entry Level for a fixed-term contract based in Girraween NSW. Graduates welcome to apply and training will be provided to support sub-sampling, weighing and sample preparation tasks.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, under the Team Leader, performing QA/QC, handling LIMS worklists, and ensuring proper disposal of samples while upholding Eurofins' code of ethics.

Qualifications

• Candidate comfortable in technical environments.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, 'doer' approach.

Responsibilities

• Use the LIMS priority worklist to determine next steps and print stickers for containers.
• Homogenise and weigh subsamples; perform QA/QC checks.
• Transfer subsamples to the appropriate laboratory section.
• Assist with sample receipt and disposal as needed.
• Adhere to the Eurofins Code of Ethics and internal policies.
