Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more.**What’s on offer?**An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quarry Laboratory Supervisor currently exists to join our Northern Region Infrastructure Services Team based in Cedar Creek.In this role you will be responsible for:* Quarry laboratory operations based at Cedar Creek and possible regional mobile and fixed sites, including team supervision and development, laboratory assets and plant requirements.* Ensuring laboratory and production facility compliance with NATA, and Department of Main Roads Construction Materials Testing Supplier Registration System, including annex laboratories, together with all statutory health, safety and environmental requirements.* Assist in the design and performance of laboratory mix designs/ blends & quarry R&D to the required specifications.* Supervise, train and undertake compliance testing for samples of aggregate, soils, road base, and CTB materials.* Record, report and data/process control for product performance tracking.**How will you connect to the role?**As the successful candidate we will require a high level of competence and experience in construction laboratories including, together with NATA signatory status for test methods.
