Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology (SNP) is seeking a motivated Toxicology Laboratory Assistant to join our Bowen Hills team. You will support daily toxicology lab operations, assist with sample processing, data entry and essential procedures, with prior lab experience preferred but not required.

Our department runs between 6:00am and 6:00pm with morning shifts common; flexibility across shifts is required to meet operational needs.

• Undertake all duties relevant to rostered shifts in accordance with departmental procedures and manuals.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Toxicology Laboratory Assistant to join our busy laboratory team in Bowen Hills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Toxicology laboratory, assisting with sample processing, data entry and essential laboratory procedures. Previous laboratory experience is highly regarded but not essential, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in pathology and laboratory services.

The department operates between 6:00am and 6:00pm, with the majority of rostered shifts expected to be morning shifts. However, applicants must be flexible and available to work across all rostered shifts and days as required to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable, highly motivated individual who can work confidently both independently and as part of a busy Toxicology team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management and a high level of attention to detail.
