Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking a Security Engineer to join our Melbourne team. This hands-on role balances day-to-day security operations with uplift initiatives across cloud, network, data and infrastructure to enhance controls and resiliency.

You will report to the Security Manager and partner with engineers across multiple tech areas, delivering pragmatic improvements and secure solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Security Engineer with L3 capability.
• Strong Azure cloud security exposure.
• Experience with Defender and Microsoft security stack.
• Solid understanding of network security controls.
• Practical vulnerability identification and remediation.
• Ability to work across cloud, network, data and infrastructure security.

Responsibilities

• Own and support day-to-day security engineering and operational activities.
• Deliver uplift initiatives to strengthen the environment.
• Work across cloud security (Azure), infrastructure and network controls.
• Drive vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement improvements and projects.
• IDAM related activities and access controls.
