Job summary

Club Burwood Group in Sydney is seeking a passionate L3 Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team, delivering high-quality meals and maintaining food safety standards.

You will work with the venue team to present consistent dishes and provide excellent service to members and guests, with a flexible roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Relevant culinary qualifications are highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and safe work practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
• Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
