Hastings People on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Learning & Development / People & Culture Business Partner to build capability and strengthen engagement across a diverse luxury operation.

You will lead learning initiatives, partner with operational leaders to identify training needs, coach managers and embed strong service standards.

The role requires luxury hospitality experience and a practical, hands-on approach to develop leadership capability and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or premium hospitality environments.
• Strong Learning & Development capability with designing or facilitating training.
• Generalist HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on, commercially aware approach in fast-paced settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead learning and development initiatives, inductions and programs across the business.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify training needs and coach managers to implement practical solutions.
• Support employee engagement, culture, onboarding and service standards across the organisation.
• Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle including performance management and ER matters.
• Contribute to People & Culture projects to enhance the employee experience and operational objectives.
