Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach seeks a People and Culture Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives and foster a premium guest experience.

In this role you will partner with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B to ensure our people deliver outstanding service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in hospitality management and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm first impression consistent with Sofitel luxury standards.
• Assist guests with luggage and delivery to rooms.
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, dining and transport.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain facilities.
• Support concierge and front office with reservations and guest inquiries.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby reflecting Sofitel luxury standards.
• Safely receive and manage luggage, mail and parcels.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
