Job summary

Ausgrid is seeking an L&D Partner to design and deliver engaging learning solutions across formats such as workshops, eLearning modules, and multimedia content. You will collaborate with leaders to identify capability gaps and create practical, safety-focused training that drives performance.

With a strong emphasis on instructional design and visual communication, you’ll develop content across eLearning, videos, and digital resources, while leveraging emerging learning technologies to stay

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Learning and Development or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing engaging learning solutions across formats (face-to-face, eLearning, videos, digital resources).
• Knowledge of safety, compliance and RTO/VET environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leaders to identify capability needs and co-design learning solutions.
• Design and develop learning experiences across formats (workshops, eLearning, videos, digital resources).
• Create visually engaging content to improve knowledge retention.
• Produce multimedia assets (video, graphics, animations) and ensure practical learning outcomes.
• Deliver solutions that improve performance and safety; embed learning into daily work.
