Responsibilities

• Deliver training, assessments and competency-based learning programs.
• Coordinate mobile equipment training, compliance requirements and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain training records, competency data and LMS accuracy.
• Support trainers, leaders and subject matter experts to build workforce capability.
• Review and improve training materials, systems and learning processes.
• Promote a strong learning culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure training activities comply with site, company and legislative requirements.
• Provide guidance on training, competency and workforce development needs.
