Job summary

Amart Furniture is seeking a skilled Kronos/UKG administrator to own the day-to-day functionality of our workforce management platform. You will manage access, security, workflows and user administration while collaborating with UKG and external partners to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Focus on data flows, integrations, and opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency across our national business. The role supports a hybrid work model with a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Kronos/UKG or a similar workforce management platform.
• Strong understanding of time and attendance, workforce management and payroll processes.
• Experience interpreting awards, enterprise agreements and/or payroll rules.
• High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
