Job summary

Amart is seeking a Kronos/UKG administrator to own the day-to-day functionality of our Kronos/UKG platform across our national business. You will manage access, security, workflows and user administration, and collaborate with UKG and external partners to resolve issues.

The role sits in our People & Compliance team and requires hands-on experience with Kronos/UKG, time and attendance, payroll rules, and interpreting awards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Kronos/UKG or a similar workforce management platform.
• Strong understanding of time and attendance, workforce management and payroll processes.
• Experience interpreting awards, enterprise agreements and/or payroll rules.
• High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy and system integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day functionality and ongoing support of our Kronos/UKG platform.
• Manage system access, security, workflows and user administration.
• Work with UKG and external partners to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
• Support integrations and data flows while identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
