Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Technical Support Engineer based in Australia to support our growing Korean-speaking customer base across JAPAC. You will troubleshoot, identify root causes, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve platform usage, focusing on the Falcon suite.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in a product technical support role supporting global enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in Korean and English to support customers across JAPAC.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a global Customer Support team supporting CrowdStrike customers 24x7.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and other teams to fix bugs or enhance features.
• Manage workload to meet operational goals and respond to escalations promptly.
• Create knowledge articles and assist in mentoring and training efforts.
