Qualifications
- Experience in knowledge management, content management or legal operations.
- Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, metadata and search concepts.
- Experience administering or supporting knowledge/document/content management systems such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 or iManage.
- User-centered and service oriented approach with ability to translate user needs into improvements.
- Strong verbal and written communication and ability to explain systems to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and continuously improve global knowledge services and solutions across regions and teams.
- Connect lawyers to curated, AI-ready knowledge and deliver insights where work happens.
