Job summary

Oakey Beef Exports, part of the NH Foods Group, seeks local candidates with knife skills to join our Knifehand team in Oakey. This full-time, permanent role offers a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and on-the-job training including a Certificate in Meat Processing.

We provide early starts and no night shifts, structured training, and opportunities to upskill with 50+ trimming roles. Prior butcher or knife sharpening experience is advantageous, but entry-level trainees are welcome.

Qualifications

• Knife skills and butchery experience preferred.
