Elite Staffing Solutions Australia Pty Ltd seeks reliable Meat Process Workers for a Murarrie-based facility. You will handle knife hand duties, packing, and pick/production tasks in a cold, fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

This is a long-term opportunity with good scope for permanent employment. Role offers a Monday–Friday roster, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Knife hand experience preferred, or willingness to learn onsite.
• Previous experience in meat processing, FMCG, or warehousing is highly regarded.
• Comfortable working in cold environments.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20–25 kg.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Reliable transport required due to location.

Responsibilities

• Knife hand duties: precision cutting, trimming, and portioning of meat products.
• Process work & packing: sorting and packing meat products, labelling and preparing products for dispatch, quality checks.
• Pick packing & production support: picking and preparing orders, ensuring correct handling and packaging, contributing to production targets.

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Meat Process Workers to join a well-established meat processing facility based in Murarrie. You will be working with high-quality meat products in a clean, structured, and fast-paced environment.

Knife Hand Duties

• Precision cutting, trimming, and portioning of meat products
• Working to strict specifications and quality standards
• Maintaining consistency and attention to detail
• Opportunity to learn and develop knife skills onsite

Process Work & Packing

• Sorting and packing meat products
• Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
• Conducting quality checks
• Supporting production line operations

Pick Packing & Production Support

• Picking and preparing orders accurately
• Ensuring correct product handling and packaging
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Contributing to team production targets
• Clean and well-maintained meat processing facility
• Cold room environment
• Strong focus on safety, hygiene, and teamwork
• Structured and supportive workplace

What We’re Looking For
