Country Cooked is an Australian owned and operated manufacturer of premium quality cooked & raw proteins. We immediately need Labourer to join our team. Meat knowledge is essential and a 6am start is required.

Duties include picking & packing orders, cleaning production areas and operating machines in a cold environment. The ideal candidate should have meat knowledge, be physically fit with a can-do attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions with high accuracy.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Picking & packing of orders

Cleaning of production work area

Machine operation

Adhere to company policies & OH&S rules and regulations.

Follow stringent HACCP & SQF guidelines.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Experience in similar work environment (preferred but not essential)

Physically fit and strong with a can-do attitude

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to follow instructions with a high level of accuracy.

Work Hours 6am start - Monday to Friday

Team player

Reliable with a willingness to learn and teach other staff members.

Continuous Improvement Process Mindset

Hold a forklift license (preferred but not essential)

Meat knowledge is essential

Working in Cold Environments

Training and development will be available for successful candidates.
