Job summary

Kmart is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager in Sydney to lead store performance and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will manage a high-performing team, coach staff, and ensure strict compliance with financial and safety standards.

You will shape store processes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments to meet budget targets while fostering an inclusive, high-energy culture. This is a pivotal leadership role within the Kmart Group.
