Kmart Australia Limited is searching for an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead performance across our stores, driving exceptional customer experiences and financial outcomes through strong leadership of store teams.

• Relationship Building – Build strong relationships by sharing best practices and clearly communicating goals, roles, and expectations.
• Operational Excellence – Drive budget accountability, make informed decisions, and use financial data to improve performance while leading safety initiatives and ensuring compliance standards are met.
• Resilience & Adaptability – Demonstrate accountability by owning outcomes and ensuring goals and standards are consistently achieved.
• Growth Mindset – Drive high performance by leading the team to remain resilient through setbacks, fostering a strong sense of urgency around priorities and deadlines.
