Job summary

Kmart Australia is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead store performance through operational excellence, strong customer experiences, and compliant practices.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will manage budgets, coach teams, sustain safety standards, and drive growth with a resilient, collaborative mindset.
