Job summary

Kmart Australia is seeking a Department Manager to lead teams and deliver outstanding customer experiences across merchandising, replenishment, and service. You will guide teams with strong product knowledge, adapt to priorities, and ensure store safety and compliance through effective execution.

As a process leader, you’ll implement key business initiatives, navigate complexity, and drive strong results while fostering a collaborative, high-performance store culture.

Requiring strong product knowledge and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, whilst ensuring a safe and compliant store environment through effective process execution and team leadership.

As both process leaders and implementers of key business initiatives, they confidently navigate complexity to keep the store running smoothly and deliver strong results.
