Kmart Group is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead store performance through customer-focused service, process discipline and strong compliance.

You will drive budgeting, safety, coaching, and development of team members while fostering an inclusive culture. This role offers leadership development and career progression across Kmart Group brands, plus a remote work allowance for the successful candidate.
