Job summary

Kinsman & Freedom Kitchens is seeking ambitious sales professionals to manage their own business and OTE with extensive leads. You will design in-home or virtual projects, guide clients through budgets, and close sales with high-touch service.

A vehicle, laptop, ABN and insurances are required to commence. Comprehensive in-house training will be provided, and you’ll partner with us to achieve strong sales targets while enjoying freedom and earnings potential in a market-leading kitchen and

We will provide comprehensive in-house trainingon our design, process and selling techniquesand provide you with an abundance of qualified leads for your business to partner with in creating 'dream' kitchen and or wardrobe designs.

All you have to do is use your high-level communication and design skills, (utilising Computer Aided Design tool), to meet with customers in their own homes or virtually and take them through the design process and make the sale by ensuring you can meet their budget, design requirements and service expectations.

We will work with you to develop your skills as a business owner and sales professional working to achieve your sales targets with passion and tenacity.

You must be in a position to operate or establish your own business with your own vehicle, laptop, an ABN and relevant insurances in place before you commence.
