Job summary

SkyCity Adelaide is seeking motivated Kitchen Stewards to support our Back of House team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Full-time roles across multiple kitchens require reliability and pride in hygiene.

You will maintain cleanliness across kitchens, cool rooms and equipment, assist with function setups, support stocktake preparation and help keep our multi-venue operation running smoothly. A strong attitude and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, chemical usage and storage.
• Follows HACCP principles and WHS procedures.
• Clear communication and ability to work under pressure.

SkyCity Adelaide is looking for motivated, reliable and experienced Kitchen Stewards to join our high‑performing Back of House team on a Full-Time basis. If you take pride in maintaining exceptional hygiene standards and enjoy working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, this is your chance to be part of one of Adelaide’s most dynamic culinary operations.

About The Opportunity

As a Kitchen Steward, you play a vital role in supporting our chefs and ensuring every kitchen operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You’ll maintain cleanliness across kitchens, cool rooms and equipment, uphold chemical and hygiene standards, assist with function setups, support stocktake preparation and help keep our multi‑venue operation running smoothly.

With multiple kitchens across the precinct, we’re looking for stewards with strong availability including nights, weekends and public holidays.

About You

You bring strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, chemical usage and storage, HACCP principles and WHS procedures. You communicate clearly, stay organised under pressure and take initiative to keep tasks moving.

You’re comfortable working across multiple kitchens, managing competing priorities and supporting the wider team with a positive, can‑do attitude.
