The role emphasizes washing, disinfecting surfaces, following safety policies and reporting maintenance needs to the manager. Marriott-trained programs are provided to support your development.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals.
• Clean and mop all areas throughout the kitchen.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs to manager.
