Job summary

QT Perth is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to support daily kitchen operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef. You will assist with food preparation, cooking, and service while ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.

Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace in line with OH&S guidelines, follow SOPs, and minimise waste. Participation in training sessions is expected to grow within EVT's Daymaker culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop kitchen skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and service while maintaining efficiency and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment in line with OH&S guidelines.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and minimise food wastage.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties to uphold kitchen standards.
• Attend all training sessions and contribute to a professional, learning focused kitchen culture.
