Job summary

QT Perth, located at 133 Murray Street, Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to support daily operations under the Executive Chef. This hands-on role covers food preparation, cooking assistance and delivering timely service within a busy, guest-focused kitchen.

You will work in a collaborative team across EVT's hotels and venues, upholding hygiene and OH&S standards, following SOPs and minimising wastage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef.

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment per OH&S guidelines.
• Follow SOPs and minimise food wastage.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties to uphold kitchen standards.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to a learning-focused kitchen culture.
