Job summary

EVT Group is recruiting for a Front Desk/Guest Services role at QT Hotels & Resorts in Perth, Australia. The successful candidate will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, handle reservations, provide local information, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

You’ll be part of EVT’s Daymaker culture, with WH&S compliance, strong service standards, and opportunities for growth across the hotel and entertainment network.

• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional front desk environment.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
