Hyatt Hotels Corporation is recruiting for Stewards to join our Kitchen team. You will help keep daily operations running smoothly, maintain clean back‑of‑house areas, and support an exceptional guest experience in a hospitality environment.

Role requires a high standard of grooming, strong communication skills, and the ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays with unrestricted working rights in Australia.

We are currently recruiting forStewardsto join our Kitchen team.As a valued member of our Stewarding team, you help keep daily operations running smoothly and support an exceptional guest experience. You’ll maintain clean, organised back‑of‑house areas, ensure equipment is ready for service, and respond quickly to operational needs. This role centres on teamwork, communication, and creating an environment where our guests can enjoy seamless, high‑quality hospitality.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Washing of dishes along with general back of house cleaning and maintenance

To ensure all cleaning schedules are maintained

To ensure all chemicals are used and stored correctly

Ensure ‘Daily Cleaning Checklists’ are completed for all back of house areas and related front of house components.
