Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Kitchen Sales Representative to blend sales, design and customer consultation for planning dream kitchens. You will guide customers through the planning journey, using IKEA's planning tools to create inspiring and tailored kitchen solutions while delivering an outstanding experience from first contact to purchase.

Role requires experience in sales or customer service, strong communication, and passion for home design.

Qualifications

Experience in sales or customer service within retail.
Ability to design or plan kitchens using planning tools.
Confident communicator who builds relationships and solves problems.

Responsibilities

Engaging proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend kitchen solutions.
Planning and designing kitchens using IKEA's digital planning tools.
Building strong customer relationships through consultations and follow-up calls.
Actively promoting IKEA's kitchen products and services to achieve sales goals.
Delivering a seamless, first-time-right customer experience from planning through to purchase.
Staying up to date with product knowledge and kitchen trends to inspire customers.
