SUPERMERCATO AUSTRALIA PTY LTD in Double Bay NSW is seeking a Hands-on Back of House Lead to run a busy kitchen, own daily food prep, and lead a small casual team alongside the Deli and Merchandising leads.

You will plan production, manage orders, stock, labour costs, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation across panini, salads, and prepared products. Daytime shifts only.

Formación

• Experience leading a small kitchen team.
• Proven ability to manage orders, stock and labour costs.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Organised and reliable with hands-on approach.

Responsabilidades

• Daily preparation and production of panini, salads and other prepared products.
• Prepare lists, recipes, presentation and quality standards.
• Ordering, stock rotation, waste control and food safety.
• Rostering, training and day-to-day performance of the team.
• Kitchen organization, cleaning and practical processes.
• Budget-focused labour and ordering with head-office support.
