Job summary

Spice Temple Sydney is seeking motivated Kitchen Hands to join our team, with casual and full-time roles available. You will help keep the kitchen clean and running smoothly, and support chefs with basic tasks.

Qualifications

• Interest in working in the kitchen and a desire to learn.
• Strong work ethic with ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly.
• Wash dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks.
• Assist with deliveries, unpacking and storing stock.
• Keep fridges, benches, floors and equipment clean and tidy.
• Take out rubbish and maintain a high standard of hygiene.

• Washing dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment
• Helping chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks
