Job summary

Feros Group is seeking a Kitchen Assistant at Parc Pavilion, Cronulla, a vibrant 800-seat venue in the Cronulla precinct. You will support the kitchen team with cleaning duties, dishwashing, pantry upkeep and assist in food preparation under Head Chef or Sous Chef supervision.

Applicants must have experience in a similar role, be eager to build a career in the kitchen, and be available to work a rotating roster including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Desire to start a career in the Kitchen.
• Able to work a rotating roster including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
• Must reside and hold a valid working visa in Australia – no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties within the kitchen, food prep areas and scullery.
• Operate the dishwashing machine as per instruction manual.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers.
