Applicants should have prior fast-paced kitchen experience, basic cooking skills, a strong work ethic, and RSA certification. Minimum commitment is 6 months, with onsite living in regional Queensland.

• General kitchen hand duties including dishwashing and cleaning

The role offers excellent variety, with duties across the kitchen, housekeeping and occasionally other areas of the venue, making it ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on hospitality work and being part of a close-knit team.
