Job summary

Accor's ibis Styles Hobart, centrally located on Macquarie Street, is seeking a part-time Kitchen Hand for our Mr. Good Guy restaurant, a place where hospitality means heart.

You will support the team with food prep, presentation and clean, hygienic workspaces, and you must be willing to work across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts while maintaining high standards. A strong team spirit and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations.
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and support the culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality food production and presentation.
• Carry out food preparation tasks in line with guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organised, maintaining hygiene.
• Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties as required.
• Report maintenance, hygiene or safety hazards promptly.
