ibis Styles Hobart on Macquarie Street is seeking a part-time Kitchen Hand for Mr. Good Guy restaurant. Join a welcoming team focused on delivering great guest experiences.

The role covers food prep, plating, hygiene, and assisting with dishwashing. You will work across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts in a fast-paced kitchen.

Formación

• Previous kitchen experience, ideally with exposure to Asian cuisine.
• Willingness to learn and support the culinary team.
• Strong communication, positive attitude and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality food production.
• Carry out food preparation tasks efficiently and per guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, hygienic and organised at all times.
• Follow strict food safety practices to avoid cross-contamination.
• Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties.
• Report maintenance, hygiene, or safety hazards promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments and maintain team relationships.
• Contribute to achieving service standards and departmental targets.
• Be flexible to work across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
