Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous.
• Demonstrated organisational, time management skills.
• Must be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role.
• Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• OHS, food hygiene & safety understanding.
• Excellent communication & presentation.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Possess a positive “can do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas
• Provide assistance to the Chefs
• Keep up with volume dishes while operating an industrial dishwasher
