Job summary

Lucas Collective in Sydney is seeking a Kitchen Hand to provide support to all chefs, maintain a clean and hygienic workspace and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

In this fast-paced restaurant group, you will work across various venues, with shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays, ensuring food hygiene standards are met.

The role requires reliable, autonomous team players with good time management and problem-solving skills who hold valid work rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous.
• Demonstrated organisational, time management & problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Reliable and hard working.
• Must have valid work rights in Australia.
