Job summary

Grill Americano Sydney is seeking a motivated Kitchen Hand to join our high-energy team in Sydney, NSW. Support chefs and maintain the cleanliness of the back-of-house area.

Ideal candidates have previous kitchen hand experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can work a rotating roster including nights and weekends. OHS and food hygiene knowledge is required. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
• OHS, food hygiene & safety understanding.
• Able to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically demanding role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Provide assistance to the Chefs.
• Operate an industrial dishwasher and keep up with volume dishes.
