Responsibilities

• Operate the commercial dishwasher and wash pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation in the dish pit.
• Assist with rubbish removal, sweeping, mopping and general kitchen tidying.
• Support the chefs by providing a steady supply of clean gear during service.
• Adhere to health, safety and food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating the commercial dishwasher and efficiently washing pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the dish pit and kitchen areas
• Assisting with rubbish removal, sweeping, mopping, and general kitchen tidying
• Supporting the chefs by maintaining a steady supply of clean gear during service periods
• Adhering strictly to health, safety, and food hygiene standards
